How do I place an order? 

It's really easy when you purchase from epiclogue! When viewing an item, simply select your desired size (if applicable) and quantity. All you need to do next is to click ‘Add to Cart’. You can review the items in your cart at any time by clicking on the ‘Checkout’ link or the black circle icon with the purchase amount at the top right corner of every page. Once you have reviewed the items in your shopping cart, you can either continue shopping or continue to checkout and place your order. 

 

How do I checkout? 

Once you are ready to checkout, simply click the ‘Check Out’ button. You will then be prompted to either sign in to your account or to create an account. Next, choose your preferred shipping and payment method. Once done, proceed to payment and a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address with details of your order.

 

I’ve placed an order but why did I not receive the confirmation email?

Please allow up to 24 hours for your confirmation email to be sent to your registered email address. You should also check your Junk/Spam folder for the confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this time frame, simply drop us a message via the contact form at the 'Contact Us' page or email us at hello@epiclogue-official.com.

 

How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?

After you place your order, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email or your order is not visible in your account page, please contact us via the contact form at the 'Contact Us' page or email us at hello@epiclogue-official.com.

 

Can I cancel/make changes to the order (including shipping address) I just placed?

You can only cancel/make a change to your order within 1 hour of placing it. You must immediately contact our team (within the hour) via the contact form at the 'Contact Us' page or email us at hello@epiclogue-official.com. In your message to us, please include the cancellation/change request details. Any cancellation/change request made after 1 hour of placing order will not be processed.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

We recommend creating an account with us to view and track your orders. To get instant status of your orders, simply sign in to your account created at our website. If you checked out as a guest, order status will be sent to your registered email address whenever there is an update. If you have any question on your order, simply drop us a message via the contact form at the 'Contact Us' page or email us at hello@epiclogue-official.com.

 

Why are the items available only in limited sizes?

Our team is currently working on bringing in more sizes for all the items sold here. As this is our soft launch period, we are only launching items in limited sizes (we just can't wait to get the good stuff out there!). If you really like an item but is not available in your size, please let us know! We are interested to hear your feedback and will try to incorporate them in our future product launches!

 

Where is my order? I have not received it yet.

A note containing shipping/tracking information will be sent to your registered email once your order has been shipped. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email in your inbox, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder. 

For orders from Singapore, please allow 2 to 3 business days from the date of shipment for your parcel to arrive.

For international orders, please allow 5-14 business days from the date of shipment for your parcel to arrive. This is excluding any delays from international customs processing.

 

What if the item I am interested in is sold out?

Our items are available in limited quantities and restock might not always be possible. Follow us on facebook or instagram to get instant updates on our product launches! If you would like to be notified when an item gets restocked, please drop us a message via the contact form at the 'Contact Us' page or email us at hello@epiclogue-official.com.
